Estan los Active Players tanto los First Stage como los Second Stage, los Image Players y los Institucional Players.El conjunto de las decisiones se toma pensando en el bien deportivo de todos y cada uno de ellos, que son los que deciden, previo consejo de su grupo o Staff Técnico.

Este staff está capitaneado por Toni Colom (coach), Pere Joan March (preparador físico), Pedro Salas (fisioterapeuta), Melchior Puigserver (médico terapeuta sofrólogo) y Rafael Bejarano (management).

Toni Colom mantiene comunicación y recibe asesoramiento de Toni Nadal y Joan Forcades, quienes desinteresadamente le trasmiten su experiencia.
